Theatrical Makeup B
Students will continue to focus on character alteration, with the introduction of additional techniques and products used for aging, gore, creating dimension, and “blocking the brows.” Students will apply their knowledge and skills to replicate period theatrical makeup and to create their own fantasy characters.
This course runs 12 hours over four days

Students will continue to focus on character alteration, with the introduction of additional techniques and theatrical products. Students will create multidimensional looks for gore, aging, and character creations.
Create simulated wounds, bruises, black eyes, broken noses, split lips of a trauma victim,
Recreate an assigned look, as designed by the art director
Use various special effects products and techniques
Recreate theatrical period looks
Design and execute a fantasy or fairy tale character, using techniques and products introduced in the previous theatrical classes
Learn how to “block” eyebrows
