Makeup artistry school certificate from a recognized makeup school*
Current cosmetology or esthetician license
Call sheet (with name credit for paid print, film or video job- dated with in the last 12 months)
Tear sheet (with name credit for paid print, film or video job- dated with in the last 12 months)
Business website (with portfolio and services)
